This annual event will feature nearly 250 students singing Christmas Carols and the Christmas Tree lighting in Rosa Parks Square.

Reboot Retrocade & Bar is having their grand opening this Friday! They take pride in being the “nerdiest bar in town”. They are a bar, arcade, game lounge, and art gallery! They have pinball, console games, and board games.
Tubman Christmas Tree Lighting
310 Cherry St – Tubman Museum – 6PM to 8PM – $5
Enjoy a carol sing-along, live Holiday music by the Central High School Orchestra, and light refreshments at this traditional Tubman event. Kick off the holiday season with the lighting of the Christmas Tree, which will grace the Atlanta Gas Light Overlook. Entrance is free for Tubman Museum Members.
“Favorite Things” Art Opening At The 567
456 First St – 2PM to 9PM – FREE
The December exhibit at The 567 will be “Favorite Things,” featuring artwork by local artists for $100 and under. The exhibit will include a wide range of giftable art, such as paintings, photography, wood burning, and ceramics. Come early for a special preview and coffee from 2PM to 6PM. Meet the artists during our full reception from 6PM to 9PM.

Rosser Riddle is a graphic tee designer from New York City. A portion of all of their proceeds will go to the Otis Redding Foundation.

Macon Arts Alliance will also be having an event on Friday night from 5PM to 8PM. Handmade Holiday Gift Shop will be featuring ornaments, cards, scarves, gloves, turned wood pens, pottery, glass, paintings, photography, furniture, jewelry, and more!
Main Street Macon Christmas Parade
First St – 3PM to 6PM – FREE
This year’s parade theme is “A Merry Macon Christmas.” This community parade will feature marching bands, floats and of course, the big man in red himself, Santa, and Grand Marshall, Bibb County Fire Chief Marvin Riggins.
