Murph – A CrossFit Event

A special workout to honor our fallen brothers and sisters, veterans, and active military. The workout is named “Murph” in memory of Navy Lieutenant Michael Murphy, who was killed in Afghanistan.
Scaling the workout to your personal limits is completely fine!

If Monday is Sunny, float the river in your choice of a canoe or kayak!
Everything is included in the price. Groups of 10 or more get a 15% discount.

Quick Float: This trip takes 1 to 3 hours and offers plenty of opportunity to swim and splash. Begins at Ocmulgee Heritage Trail Head Parking Lot by the Spring Street Bridge
