Currently, this position is available:

Director of Residential and Business Development - This position is responsible for significantly increasing investment in downtown by 1) attracting developers for mixed-use projects, 2) incenting and growing downtown as a neighborhood, and 3) identifying and enticing entrepreneurs.  Applicant must have a four-year college degree (advance degree preferred) and work experience in any of these areas: business development, real estate, downtown development, historic preservation or urban planning.  Must be a self-starter, innovative, results-oriented and able to build productive relationships with private and public sector partners.  Some travel may be required.
