This property is owned by New Street Properties, LLC and will be renovated into 8 loft apartments with 4,000sf of commercial space. The project combines equity investments by the owner and NewTown Macon, historic tax credits, a low interest loan, and traditional financing. State Bank & Trust, NewTown Macon, Georgia Cities Foundation, Historic Macon, and the Urban Development Authority partnered on this project.

- 476 Second Street – the 12,000sf building has a dry basement and parking is owned by NewTown. NewTown is restoring the façade in partnership with Historic Macon. The property is suitable to be renovated for 10 apartments and 1,000sf of commercial/retail space.
