The Office at NewTown

    The Office includes four private offices available for membership commitments of at least six months. The offices range from 35 to 115 square feet and allow the tenant 24/7 access to the space. Private offices are fully furnished with modern office furniture. The private offices include all the amenities of coworking memberships.

  • Coworking

    A limited number of coworking memberships to The Office are available. Coworking memberships allow the member 24/7 access to The Office and first-come, first-serve workspace, including individual workstations and bar seating along the storefront. Coworking memberships also include:

    • High-speed wireless internet on private network
    • Access to two conference rooms in the building
    • A mailbox
    • Refreshments (during normal office hours)
    • Copying, printing and scanning (during normal office hours)
    • Networking with other members

Mercer Innovation Center

NewTown Macon is a partner of the Mercer Innovation Center, which offers more specialized incubation services that The Office. The Mercer Innovation Center offers to aspiring entrepreneurs the programs, networking opportunities, physical space, tools, experts, student interns, and access to potential funders that can help take an idea from conception to market. Working in tandem with organizations such as the Atlanta Technology and Development Center and the Atlanta Technology Village, the Mercer Innovation Center will contribute to making Georgia one of the leading start-up centers in the United States. SparkMacon

SparkMacon is Central Georgia’s first makerspace, enabling area makers to learn, collaborate and create.
